The web site is essential built in two modules the first being this section with the welcome page and attached documents.  The second phase is a forum section allowing users to post general and private messages - currently there are some minor programming steps being taken to allow the registration of users to be carried over to the forum section automatically. When this has been completed the forum will become active.
